Terms and Conditions

Scheduling Responsibility

Students are responsible for scheduling and managing their flight training schedule.

Weather and Ground Lessons

Flight lessons canceled due to weather conditions automatically convert into ground lessons, conducted either in person or over Zoom unless otherwise discussed.

Cancellations

Lessons canceled due to circumstances outside the control of the student or CFI — including weather, health issues, or aircraft maintenance — will not incur a cancellation fee.

Lessons canceled due to poor schedule management or avoidable circumstances may result in a $75 cancellation charge added to the next lesson invoice.

Note Sharing and Training Records

The CFI is responsible for maintaining and updating a note-sharing or training resource website intended to support student learning and progress.

Media Release

Unless otherwise stated in writing, students consent to cockpit audio recordings, video recordings, photography, or other media captured during training being used for educational, promotional, or social media purposes associated with Above the Jungle Flight Training.
