F R Requirements
Flight reviews are required every 24 calendar months for all pilots
Consists of a minimum of 1 hour of ground instruction and 1 hour of flight training
Must review the current FAR/AIM regulations and safe operating practices
Includes maneuvers and procedures tailored to the pilot's certificate and skill level

1. What is the purpose of a flight review?
To ensure pilots maintain proficiency and stay updated on regulations.
2. Can I fail a flight review?
No, but you may need additional training if not meeting the standards.
3. Can a checkride substitute for a flight review?
Yes, completing a practical test counts as a flight review.
An IPC also can take the place of a FR
4. Does it renew my medical certificate?
No, medical certification is separate.
5. Do I need my own aircraft for the flight review?
Yes (unless you already have a tailwheel endorsement) then we can use an aeronca champ.
